How to go about finding the right counsellor for you

It's important that you feel comfortable with your counsellor and feel able to  build a trusting relationship. I offer brief introductory calls to help you decide if I am the right counsellor for you.

I work with whatever you bring with no judgement but with a responsive, flexible approach to whatever you might need.

You can email me to arrange an introductory call or initial session or use the form you'll find on the Contact page.

Our Sessions

Counselling sessions are guided by your needs and wishes, although I will provide a focus if you would like that. We can work with goals, or in an more open-ended way, and the number of sessions we have is also guided by you.

Cost and duration of counselling

Most people attend counselling sessions weekly. Each session lasts for 50 minutes.

Sessions cost £70
I offer freely available reduced cost sessions for anyone who would find money an object to coming for counselling and for those training to be counsellors. Reduced cost sessions are on a sliding scale from £55.

Sessions for couples cost £85 and last for 60 minutes.
